Kyuramen: Your New Ramen Spot in Atlanta

Today, I had the pleasure of exploring Kyuramen's newest location in Alpharetta, Georgia. As I stepped into the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere, with its honeycomb seating arrangement and bustling kitchen.

Nestled in the heart of Alpharetta, Georgia, Kyuramen's newest location at 735 N Main St #1700 promises a culinary adventure like no other. Founded by Gary Lin, Kyuramen is renowned for its dedication to delivering authentic and inventive ramen experiences, and its Alpharetta expansion is no exception.

Spanning an impressive 4,200 square feet, Kyuramen Alpharetta boasts a distinctive honeycomb seating arrangement, providing an immersive dining experience for up to 110 guests. This design element not only adds to the aesthetic charm but also reflects the brand's commitment to creating unique and memorable dining environments. Naturally I had to sit in the Honeycomb for the full experience.

The menu at Kyuramen Alpharetta is a testament to the brand's culinary excellence, featuring a range of signature bowls, spicy miso ramen, and inventive vegetarian options. Exclusive to the Alpharetta location are the Yin-Yang Bowl, Omurice, and the Honeycomb Platter, each offering a delightful fusion of flavors and textures. The innovative "New Bowl Lottery Game" adds an element of excitement, giving diners the chance to win free items by discovering a red stamp at the bottom of their bowl after finishing their soup. I didn’t win but it was only my first time. I’ll definitely be back to try to win a free dessert.

I decided to start my culinary journey with the Pan Fried Gyoza (Chicken Dumplings), and it was love at first bite. The dumplings were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with savory chicken, complemented perfectly by the gyoza sauce. It's no wonder this dish is one of my favorites on the menu.

The Honeycomb Platter was another highlight of the meal, featuring a variety of delicious bites, including Chilli Garlic Edamame and Shrimp Tempura. Each item was well-seasoned and bursting with flavor, showcasing the culinary excellence that Kyuramen is known for. The Honeycomb Platter all includes eel, scallops, lobster potato ball, and seaweed salad.

Next, I dove into the Spicy Chicken Ramen, and it was a revelation. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. It’s spicy though, so you’ve been warned. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the tender chicken added a hearty element to the dish. I would easily rate this bowl a perfect 10/10.

For those seeking a truly unique and thrilling dining experience, Kyuramen Alpharetta also features Tbaar, a sister brand bubble tea shop offering a variety of drinks perfect for pairing with ramen. This addition further enhances the overall dining experience, making Kyuramen Alpharetta a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts in the area. To wash down my meal, I indulged in the Fresh Passion Fruit Tea from T-Baar made with fresh fruit daily.

Overall, my experience at Kyuramen Alpharetta was nothing short of exceptional. From the innovative menu offerings to the cozy ambiance, it's clear that Kyuramen is dedicated to providing a top-notch dining experience. If you find yourself in the Alpharetta area, I highly recommend stopping by and indulging in some of their delicious offerings. You won't be disappointed!

Until next time,
