My evening at Seafire Steakhouse.
So finally I went to the Bahamas with my family for the first family vacation in three years. The place was beautiful and exhilarating, even though I am an avid writer, I can’t really express what it means to see the Bahamas with my very own eyes. It is a sight worth seeing, which is why I am already recommending you to visit Bahamas once in your life.
What can you do at the Atlantic Paradise Island Bahamas Resort?
My family and I travelled to the Bahamas and we stayed at fabulous Atlantis Paradise Island Resort. The resort has all the finest things that a traveler can ask for. You can experience the Dolphin Cay, Marine Adventures, lots of pools, beaches, and you can even see the marine habitat in its most natural form up close. There are other activities that you can enjoy such as play golf, the spa, the casino and you can even get a private cabana! There are lots of things for for kids to experience too. These are some of the main attractions that you can enjoy at the resort. I want to share my experience at one of the fine dining restaurants at the resort called “Seafire Steakhouse”.
About Seafire Steakhouse—My Experience!
The name is already so beautiful, we wondered how the food would taste and what the overall vibe would be. We booked our reservation one week ahead of our arrival as recommended by the Hotel. Seafire Steakhouse is similar to American Chophouse restaurant. The environment was very family-friendly and the vibe was very chill. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire restaurant. The interior was very nice with large chandelier lighting. The waiters were dressed very neat and the decor was elegant and refined. The food smelled so good and the seafood was so fresh. I enjoyed every bite!

The menu had many items to choose from. My dad and I are huge oyster fans so we ordered the Oysters Rockefeller. The menu features everything from Prime Beef Meatballs, Prime Beef Tartar, Herb Crusted Foie Gras, and Crab Cakes too. If you enjoy salads, they have Caesar, Iceberg Wedge and Steakhouse Chopped. They also haveLobster Bisque and Butternut Squash soup. Hmm delicious!
In the Prime Seafood section of the menu you can choose King Salmon, Halibut, Broiled Whole Maine Lobster, and the Bahamian Lobster. I was in the mood for Lobster and since we were in the Bahamas, that’s what I ordered. In the Prime Hand Selected Cuts section of the menu they have Filet Mignon, New York Strip, and Boneless Ribeye . My Dad opted for the NY Strip. My Mom ordered Salmon and my Sister Summer is a burger fan for life and ordered the Bison.
We love wine! We ordered Sparkling Mionetto, Presecco, IT and Rose Belle Gloss Oil de Perdrix.
Their customer service was awesome! We didn’t wait long for our food to arrive. The moment I saw the Bahamian Lobster, my hunger increased. It comes with a salad on the side and the dressing had an amazing taste. The Lobster looked so juicy and it was well-prepared. I couldn’t wait to try it! Look at the photos—I handled by business! Everything was delicious! We also sampled each other’s food. Everything was great! If you every visit the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort make sure you dine at Seafire Steakhouse. It’s worth it!
The staff was amazingly kind!
The staff was super friendly which made the entire vibe and experience amazing. They were courteous and constantly checking in to see if we needed something. Our food was well-prepared and eye appealing. We received ice cold refreshing water and hot bread rolls. I will always remember the kindness and attention they gave us.
The experience at Seafire Steakhouse was a once in a lifetime experience. I will never forget how delicious the food was. I will be going back for the Bahamian Lobster the next time I visit!
